As a boutique luxury spa, we intentionally limit the number of guests we accommodate at one time to ensure a serene, personalized experience for each client. Because of this, all sales are final.
We understand that plans can change, so if you need to reschedule, we’re happy to offer full credit for any changes made at least 48 hours in advance. Your credit can be used toward any service and may be applied across multiple visits.
Refunds are not offered, but your credit will remain on file for future use.
