Cancellation Policy

Any and all clients, members, and staff are subject this policy set by iBalance LLC. To Schedule, Cancel or Reschedule please call 24 HOURS in advance. Any Late cancellations we reserve the right to charge your card on file with a of Charge 100% of the service fee. Constant Late Cancellations are subject to extra charges. As for any and all "NO SHOWS" we reserve the right to Charge your card on file 100% of the service fee and loss of service fee, as well as pertaining to any and all NO SHOWS after the first "NO SHOW" is committed, we reserve the right to charge 100% of all service fees acquired during booking, Plus a $50 fine for losses of business and service providers time. By Booking any appointments for any services at iBalance LLC, DBA - IBWC also known as iBalance wellness spa + Cafe Lounge you are agreeing to these policies of booking and scheduling.
